MoE’s Promise for Simplification of the
Public Services Processes

A team with the leadership of Mr. Mohammad
Naim Chamkanai met H.E. Dr. Mohammad Mirwais Balkhi the MoE Minister and discussed
the simplification of public services processes especially the baccalaureate
certificates process.
At the beginning of the meeting Mr.
Chamkanai explained goal, objectives and the achievements of Asan Khemdat and
requested MoE for joint work for the simplification of the complicated
processes, which has been warmly welcomed by Mr. Balkhi.
Mr. Balkhi explained the importance of
simplification and said that MoE has nine million students and about 222,000
teachers. He added, every day almost 1400 students are visiting MoE’s departments for receiving their
baccalaureate certificates. In order to grape the satisfaction of visitors and
to delivering the best services to this huge amount we need to have Asan
Khedmat’s contribution to simplify the processes. In this regard, he claimed
the strong cooperation between both parties and insisted any kind of assistance
from MoE’s side.
It is worth to be mentioned that MoE till
now has relatively simplified few processes such as issuing certificates, schools
registration processes, private schools work permit, enrolment for scholarships
programmes and some other processes, but for better result which avoids the
time and resources need to go for smooth public services processes
simplifications.
